How is my cleaning quote prepared?
We quote by phone using the home’s size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and current condition. You can send photos before the visit for an estimate. Any heavier-cleaning charge is explained before work starts.
What is included in a deep clean?
We go through every room in more detail, baseboards and ceiling fans included. Refrigerator and oven interiors are extras priced on the call.
Do I need to be home?
No. Cleaning can happen while you’re at work or away. We arrange the key, lockbox, gate code, or building-office access on the call.

Describe the condition when you call. A deep clean handles the detailed reset, while recurring visits maintain the home afterward.
Can I request one visit?
Yes. Deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are available as one-time services. Call to discuss the home and scheduling.
