Sanibel's air holds moisture all year. Close a home for the season and you come back to a film on the glass and fixtures, grout and tile gone dull, and that closed-up feel before you've even set down your bags.
If you rebuilt after the storm, add fine construction dust on every ledge and fan blade. We can deep clean the house room by room before you get here, and the deep clean always includes the baseboards and ceiling fans. Windows are an extra you can add on the call.
The first afternoon
That's the afternoon you came for, rather than one spent wiping down counters. We clean the kitchen, bathrooms and floors before you arrive, then keep them fresh on a weekly, biweekly or monthly routine while you're here. You settle up only once the work is done.

Salt air and beach sand start on the house the day you arrive. We come weekly, biweekly or monthly while you're here and keep the kitchen, bathrooms and floors fresh, and you'll usually have the same cleaner, especially if you ask.
Months of humidity leave a film and a stale smell; a rebuild leaves fine dust. We work every room in detail, baseboards and ceiling fans included, timed before you land, and the price is set on the call from your home's size and condition.
A sale or a final close-up comes with a deadline you can't always fly in for. We clean the emptied home throughout, plus the inside of emptied cabinets when you ask on the call, and set up access with you by phone. Payment is due on completion.
From wherever you are
Two worries come with owning from far away: who lets us in, and who checks the work. You choose the access, and there's nothing to stock first: we bring supplies or use yours.
Tell us house or condo, rebuilt or lived in, and how long it has sat closed, and you'll have a price on that same call. If you miss us, we call back the same day.
That's the part that feels riskiest from far off. You choose the key, lockbox, gate code or building office, and we're insured and bonded while we're inside.
Arriving to a missed spot would sting after the long trip down. Should any part of the agreed scope need attention after the visit, call and the owner deals with it directly.
A Sanibel detail
In a condo, sand and damp air ride the elevator and the corridor right to your door, and the floor just inside takes the worst of it. We clean your floors every visit. Sliding-door tracks, windows, lanais and pool cages are extras we also clean; mention them on the call and they're priced into your quote.

You might expect the causeway to cost extra. It doesn't: there's no extra charge for the causeway drive, and three more things are worth checking before you hand over a key.

From another state you can't pop in to look. Calls are answered Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM.

Sending a different stranger into an empty house each time is unsettling. You'll usually get the same cleaner, especially when you ask.
Booking sites and email chains are a chore at home; from another state they're worse. One call covers the rooms, the access and how often we come, and we'll look for a day that works. Mention pets then too; they are welcome with advance notice.

It's hard to plan for a house you can't see. Every price comes from four things you tell us: size, bedrooms, bathrooms and condition.
A barrier island can feel off everyone's route. Sanibel is on ours: it's one of our six Lee County cities, and the causeway drive doesn't add to your price.
Landing to a house nobody has touched is the real fear. Call and we'll look for a day before your arrival date, and you can reach us Monday to Saturday if your plans shift.

There's no one rate, because a closed-up condo and a rebuilt house aren't the same job. We price it on the call from size, bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, plus any extras, and if a closed-up house needs more, we tell you before we start, never after.
Stairs shouldn't mean a shorter clean upstairs. Carrying the vacuum up is part of the job here, and the kitchen, bathrooms and main rooms on the raised level are what we're there for, at the price set on the call.
Construction dust hides on every ledge and fixture, so a quick wipe-down won't catch it. We start with a deep clean: every agreed room in detail, baseboards and ceiling fans included, refrigerator and oven interiors as extras.

It can feel like a long way out, but Sanibel is one of the six Lee County cities we clean. Two schedules and two sets of calls get old. Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach are on our list too, so one number covers both.
