After the rebuild
You waited on adjusters, permits and crews, and now the house is yours again, except for the fine gray dust on every ledge and the sand that blows in each time the slider opens. Salt air puts a haze back on the glass almost as fast as you wipe it off.
A deep clean works through every room in detail, baseboards and ceiling fans included, so you can start living in the house instead of cleaning up after the build; windows are an extra you can add on the call. We're insured and bonded, which matters when someone's working inside a home you just paid to rebuild.
Why you bought here
You bought on the island for sunsets and bare feet, not for sweeping the kitchen twice a day. On a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule we take the floors, kitchen and bathrooms back to clean each visit, usually with the same cleaner, especially if you ask.
Where you are now
A deep clean always includes the baseboards and ceiling fans; on regular visits they're add-ons, so you only pay for them when you want them.
Sand in the entry, the kitchen and the shower, every week you're here. We come weekly, biweekly or monthly and clean the floors, kitchen and bathrooms, with our supplies or yours.
Drywall dust on the ledges, grit on the fan blades, a film on every counter. We work each room in detail, baseboards and ceiling fans included, and you pay once it's done.
A closing or a lease-end handover leaves no room to slip. Call early and we'll look for a free day before the handover; if you reach voicemail, we call back the same day. We clean the emptied home throughout, plus the inside of emptied cabinets on a move-out if you mention it.
From up north
Owning from a distance usually means flights and waiting around. Here everything is set up by phone, from wherever you are, Monday to Saturday.
A quote usually means someone has to be there to show the house. Tell us rebuilt, brand new or lived in, plus the bedrooms and bathrooms, and you have a price on that call.
That's the part that feels riskiest from up north. Pick the key, lockbox, gate code or building office, and we're insured and bonded while we're inside.
Finding a missed spot after the trip down would sting. If anything on the agreed list needs attention after we leave, call the number you booked with and the owner deals with it directly.
That sound
Sand packs into the bottom track until the door drags and grinds, and salt air hazes the glass you look through every evening. We also clean sliding-door tracks and windows, along with lanais and pool cages; mention them on the call and they're added to your quote before anyone crosses the bridge.
The short version
It doesn't. There's no extra charge for the drive over the bridge, and here's what else you can count on.

Nothing's worse than a bill that grows after you've left the island. You hear the price on the call, it doesn't go up mid-job, and anything that would add to it comes up before we start. Below is what each visit covers and what you can add.
While you're gone
From up north, a week without news feels long, and you can't drive by to look. Calls are answered six days a week.
Leave a message any day but Sunday and you'll hear back that same day.
Sending someone new into an empty house every visit is unsettling. You'll usually have the same cleaner, especially if you ask.

It's hard to judge a cleaner you'll never watch. The extras and the price are both agreed on the call, before anyone crosses the bridge.
An island address can feel too far out for a mainland cleaner. It isn't: Fort Myers Beach is one of the six Lee County cities we clean, and there's no extra charge for the drive over the bridge.
Sand and salt get into tracks and glass fast this close to the water. They're extras we also clean, along with lanais and pool cages; mention them on the call and they're added to your quote, so the full price is settled before we come.
It feels odd to get a price without anyone walking through. We set it on the call from the home's size, bedrooms, bathrooms and current condition, plus any extras you add, and if the house needs more than you described, we tell you before anyone starts cleaning.
You might wonder whether a raised living floor gets rushed or costs extra. We clean the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms up top, priced from the size, bedrooms and bathrooms you describe on the call.
From far away you can't peek in to check. We arrange the key, lockbox or gate code with you on the call and clean while you're gone, and the number you booked with is the one to call afterward.

The hard part of getting back here is done. Call, tell us whether it's a rebuild or a closed-up house and when you're back, and we'll look for a day that works before you arrive. We answer Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–6 PM.
