Every house has its quirks, and a clean that ignores them isn't much of a clean. Mention them on the call and we plan the visit around them.
- Pets: welcome, with a heads-up so we can plan around them.
- Supplies: we'll bring ours, or use yours if you'd rather.
- Extras: we also clean lanais, pool cages, sliding-door tracks and windows, plus the inside of emptied cabinets on a move-out. Mention them on the call and they're added to your quote.

We're insured and bonded, and if anything in the agreed clean needs attention, you call and the owner deals with it directly.

Which cities do you clean in?
Checking coverage first saves you the whole conversation. We clean in Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Estero, with no extra charge for the drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
Letting someone into an empty house is a real act of trust. You don't need to be home: we clean while you're at work or away, and we set up a key, a lockbox, a gate code or the building office with you on the call.
When do I pay?
Paying for a clean before you've seen it is backwards. Payment is due when we've finished, and nothing is due up front.
