Between work, kids and the dog, the floors and bathrooms slide back fast. We come weekly, biweekly or monthly for the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and living areas, and you'll usually see the same cleaner each time.
Years of pollen in the trim, dust on the fan blades, a shower you've stopped looking at. We work every room in detail, and the baseboards and ceiling fans come with it. You pay when it's finished.
The truck is booked and there's still a whole place to clean. Call as soon as you have the date and we'll look for a day before your walkthrough; if you get voicemail, we call back the same day. We clean the emptied house or unit throughout, plus the inside of emptied cabinets on a move-out if you mention it.
Getting started
Taking a morning off just to let a cleaner in eats the very time you were trying to save. Everything, including how we get in, gets set up by phone with our owner.
After a long day, the last thing you want is homework. Tell us house or condo, bedrooms, bathrooms and how it looks right now, and there's nothing to buy first: we bring supplies or use yours.
Leaving a code with someone you've just met is the hard part. Leave a key, lockbox or door code, or in a condo we plan the visit around the building's rules on the call, and we're insured and bonded while we're inside.
It's the worry with any new cleaner: finding something off after they've gone and wondering who will pick up. If something in the agreed scope needs attention after the visit, call the same number and the owner deals with it directly.
A Fort Myers detail
Under old oaks, pollen settles on screens, sills and glass, and it's the first thing you notice looking out. Windows are an extra we also clean: mention them on the call and they're added to your quote. If anyone at home reacts to cleaning products, we'll use yours instead of ours.

Price first
An add-on here, an extra there, and suddenly the total isn't the one you agreed to. We set the price on the call from your home's size, bedrooms, bathrooms and current condition, and it doesn't go up mid-job; if the house needs more than you described, you hear it before we start. You reach the owner
Explaining your house to someone new every call wears thin. You book, ask and follow up on a single number.
Condo offices want details before anyone goes up. You will have the answer that matters most: we are insured and bonded.

You don't have a free evening to fill out forms and compare apps. One call covers house or condo, how we get in, the rooms and how often we come. Can't pick up during the workday? We answer until 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Small worries

There's no single rate, because an older house and a downtown condo aren't the same job. We price yours on the call from its size, bedrooms, bathrooms and current condition, plus any add-ons, and anything that would add to that price comes up before we start, never after.
Older homes hold dust on baseboards and fan blades that a regular visit doesn't reach. A deep clean covers everything in a recurring visit in more detail and always includes the baseboards and ceiling fans; fridge and oven interiors are add-ons.
A workday doesn't leave room to wait around for a cleaner. You don't need to be home: we arrange a key, lockbox or door code with you on the call and clean while you're out, and you don't pay until the work is done.
Dogs and cats can make cleaning day stressful for everyone. Pets are welcome with advance notice; let us know ahead of time and we plan around them while they stay home.
Boards and building offices can be picky about who comes up and when. Give us the elevator, loading and office requirements and we plan the visit around the building's rules on the call, and if the building limits what comes in, we can use your supplies instead of ours.
Small rooms and old trim just take more time, and we plan for that. A first deep clean catches up the baseboards and ceiling fans, which it always includes, then regular visits keep the main rooms on track.
